Purchased another popular brand and it failed. Saw this and after researching I acquired it. Enjoy the Wi-Fi feature and customer service has been excellent. I needed to change the click to 12 hr instead of 24. They transmitted an update to software so I could perform the modification. Also I complained about it generating strange noises. They informed me it required cleaning and they were correct! Enjoying my ice with a smile on my face
