Better than hospital ice!! Just get it.
Works great! Fast and easy to use. Holds a good amount of ice. Runs a little loud, but solid for the price!
If reliability and customer support are important, look elsewhere. My ecozy chillio ice maker lasted almost exactly one year before quitting; apparently, “planned obsolescence” is the only feature engineered to perfection. When it failed, I reached out expecting help; silly me. What I got was a masterclass in avoidance: canned replies, useless suggestions, and the unmistakable impression their business model is running out the clock until your warranty (and patience) expires.
Update; 16 months later, the fan is starting to make noise. I’m hoping they send a replacement or I can repair it. Stay tuned.
